42 years old Jennifer Aniston tells that her fitness secret is depend upon not to eat "Junk food" ,suitable food and yoga.She told in an interview that if there's a talk that what should i eat or what i shouldn't,so i didn't concern on it ever.I know that if i'm doing exercises and yoga and eating normal food than junk food  so i  can be fit.I don't have to think about it everytime.My smartness secret is non other than this yes i do add that yoga has made me super slim.If i only give 20 minutes to yoga i feel very young and fresh and my whole day spends awesome so i love yoga.I know until then i'll be doing exercises, i don't have to worry about my food and weight.Keep in mind that Junk food are those food in which calories are in great number but natural foods are less in it.
